Barco S3 4K
The Barco S3 4K is a compact presentation system designed for live events, corporate productions and installations that require high-quality video and maximum flexibility. Also suitable for projection mapping and 4K content, it is the “smaller” version of the Barco E2, yet it shares the same modular architecture and identical image quality.
It natively supports 4K60p 4:4:4 and can be configured with up to 12 inputs and 8 outputs, depending on the installed I/O cards.
The S3 offers up to 32 independent layers (with effects, PiP, backgrounds, etc.) and is fully managed via Event Master, the same software used by the Barco E2—making it possible to combine S3 and E2 units within a single system.
Its modular design allows the use of interchangeable input/output cards (HDMI, DisplayPort, SDI, etc.), while its scalability enables multiple S3 or E2 units to be linked together to expand I/O capacity for large and complex show setups.
