New Range Rover Velar – Salone Nautico Venezia

For the launch of the New Range Rover Velar, we supported Frame Communication as the technical service provider inside the prestigious Venice’s Salone Nautico, one of the most iconic venues for automotive, corporate and fashion events.
The goal was clear: transform the presentation into a sensory experience that enhanced the new vehicle through a language made of air, veils, light and movement.

A scenic concept built on dynamics and lightness

The creative brief required the design of an immersive, elegant environment in constant visual evolution.
We therefore created a scenographic system of suspended veils, moved by calibrated air flows to generate smooth, natural motion—wrapping around the car and supporting its narrative.

The lighting setup was designed to enhance the Velar’s materials, silhouette and surfaces, alternating light cuts, dynamic reflections and controlled colors that interacted with the movement of the fabric.

Lighting, audio and video direction: a fully synchronized technical setup

A complete technical team ensured seamless execution throughout every stage of the event:

• Lighting technicians: programming, focusing and live adjustments created atmospheres refined to the millimeter, fully aligned with the Range Rover identity.
• Audio technicians: an audio system optimized for speech and sound design ensured clarity, presence and definition during the presentation and institutional moments.
• Video technicians: a clean, accurate and synchronized video flow integrated perfectly with lighting, supporting content, cues and visual storytelling.
• Technical production: coordination, timing, safety and team supervision ensured smooth operations, precise setup and an efficient dismantling phase.

The challenge: atmosphere, harmony and control

The true complexity of this project lay in the precise synchronization between:
