‘CORPO, UMANO’ BY INTESA SANPAOLO
“Corpo, umano” by Intesa Sanpaolo: A Journey Through Emotions, Light, and Words
The prestigious Auditorium of the Intesa Sanpaolo Skyscraper in Turin hosted the reading-performance “Corpo, umano”, an intense and immersive work that guided the audience on a sensory journey through mind, soul, and emotions. A production capable of blending literature, visual arts, and music into a single experience, transforming the space into a place of reflection and wonder.
Imagines’ Role: Technology Serving Emotion
For an event so rich in meaning, the technical dimension played a key role in shaping the atmosphere. Imagines oversaw the entire technical setup with a tailor-made approach, enhancing every moment with customized scenic and technological solutions.
Lighting design and programming were crafted to follow the narrative rhythm, creating chromatic shifts and nuances that amplified emotional engagement. Remote-controlled cameras and the use of a Ronin allowed for dynamic, precise filming, capturing expressions and gestures in detail.
Through careful video mixing and direction, the visual flow was coordinated seamlessly, ensuring smooth transitions and perfect synchronization with audio—for an immersive experience from beginning to end.
A Synergy Between Art and Technology
The challenge of this project lay in preserving the intimacy and delicacy of the storytelling while working within a technologically structured context. The integration of light, video, and sound created a “living” scenography that evolved in harmony with the performance content, accompanying the audience through an experience that was both aesthetic and emotional.
For Imagines, contributing to the realization of “Corpo, umano” by Intesa Sanpaolo was a privilege—an opportunity to put our technical expertise at the service of a high-profile cultural project, demonstrating how technology, when used with sensitivity, can become a powerful narrative tool.
We thank Intesa Sanpaolo for involving us in this production, allowing us to contribute to an event that combined culture, introspection, and spectacle into one unforgettable evening.
