On June 26, 2025, the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan hosted a new edition of the DeAgostini Management Meeting, the annual gathering that brings together the Group’s managers and key figures to share strategies, results, and future visions.

Our work began with a full day of preparation at our warehouse, dedicated to testing and configuring all technologies. This was followed by a setup and rehearsal day onsite, during which we fine-tuned every technical element of the main hall in preparation for the conference.

On event day, more than ten specialized technicians were engaged across different areas:

In addition to managing the technical service onsite, we developed a dedicated streaming platform that allowed attendees to join either in person or remotely. This hybrid solution guaranteed maximum flexibility, expanding the audience and enabling participants to follow the talks in high quality from anywhere in the world.
